When we reach Kandy, make sure to visit the Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala. Following your cultural tour, go to the Botanical Garden, making sure not to miss the Temple of the Sacred Tooth. Kandy, when your day comes to a close, relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the evening.
Railways will transport you from Kandy to Nanu Oya. Soon after arriving in Nuwara Eliya, Eliya learned how to make tea. Take a leisurely boat ride around Gregory Lake in the evening. The lake is surrounded by exceptionally lush hilly terrain. Take a nap in Nuwara Eliya's serene surroundings.
Enjoy the scenery as you journey from Nanu Oya to Ella via train. Enjoy yourself enormously as you discover Ella's stunning beauty. Hike up Little Adam's Peak to see the breathtaking views Ella has to offer. Before spending another night in Ella, see the breathtaking Nine Arch Bridge.
Take a vehicle from Ella to Yala, stopping along the route to visit the stunning Ravana Waterfall. As soon as you arrive, go on an adrenaline jeep safari through Yala National Park to witness a variety of creatures, including elephants and leopards. Spend the night in Yala to round out the day.
The distinctive island of Yala, in particular, corresponds to the quick initial step and may be explored for days on end. You can relax as others do yoga or eat excellent seafood dishes. If you're searching for an adventure, take a whale-watching excursion, which will provide you with thrills while simultaneously conserving the environment.
From Bentota, take the train to Mirissa. Don't miss a visit to the Turtle Hatchery. Later, enjoy a boat ride over the Madu River. Return to Bentota in the evening to see the beauty of this tiny beach town.
Take the picturesque train from Bentota to Colombo. When you arrive in Colombo, take in the vibrant sights and sounds of the city, including its bustling marketplaces and prominent sites. Spend the night in Colombo to complete the day.
